ThinkWeek

ThinkWeek is an open and inclusive forum that enables any Microsoft full-time employee to share their ideas through papers circulated among the company’s leaders. Superior papers have identified shifts and trends in the industry and led to prototypes and patents.

Working with the ThinkWeek team, we sparked interest in both ThinkWeek and the updated Research Tool. After holding extensive interviews, we wrote spotlight articles and guidelines to inspire high-quality papers. We edited videos of discussions with top contributors and the ThinkWeek Board. And we designed fun, vibrant promotional materials, including a logo refresh, banners, stickers, certificates, napkin holder inserts, and soda cans.
