WIRB

The simply elegant identity here emerged from the best of collaborative relationships. We worked together with the Western Institutional Review Board (WIRB) to develop rich messaging, a refreshed voice and persona, and a visual identity that reflects WIRB’s position as a global leader of independent review boards. We brought this new identity into the WIRB website and marketing communications that cover the full range of services WIRB offers.

Our work with WIRB is a great example of our best practices for establishing brand: We interviewed WIRB employees and customers to identify major themes in customer values and perceptions. We went from in-person to phone to meeting with people at actual events. We also reviewed third party research, industry websites, and the websites of all major WIRB competitors to understand the respective strengths and positioning of WIRB and its competitors. These findings were used to develop the WIRB logo, website, branding and messaging, tagline, voice, and persona recommendations.
